Admissions Requirements

The admissions process at WalkRight Baptist Bible Institute requires that an applicant fully complete the application and all other related forms before being considered for enrollment. It is expected that applicants demonstrate Christian character, a desire to know God, and a desire to serve Him. It is also assumed that by applying to WalkRight Baptist Bible Institute, the applicant agrees to abide by the rules and standards of the Institute as well as maintain a spirit of Christ-likeness on and off campus.

In order to ensure that each of our students will get the most out of the educational program that we provide, the following requirements must be met to be considered for admission into WalkRight Baptist Bible Institute:

1. Each applicant must be a born-again Christian.

2. Each applicant must be 18 years of age or older upon enrollment in the WalkRight Baptist Bible Institute.

3. Each applicant must be in good standing at his or her local church.

4. Each applicant should come with the understanding that his or her life will be challenged academically and spiritually in a conservative Christian atmosphere.


WalkRight Baptist Bible Institute admits students of any race, color, and national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities available to its students. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, or national and ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admission practices, scholarship programs or other institute administered programs.


Application Procedures

All forms must be completed and mailed in before the application will be considered.

1. Fill out the application in its entirety.

2. Read and sign WalkRight Baptist Bible Institute’s Doctrinal Statement and Standards of Conduct.

3. Attach a recent photo.

4. Distribute reference forms to non-relatives who know you well, along with preaddressed, stamped envelopes made out to WalkRight Baptist Bible Institute.

5. Include the $25 non-refundable application fee with your application.


Individual Seminars

No formal registration process is expected for students attending a limited number of seminars. The cost of meals and lodging, materials and instruction is $250 per seminar. This cost does not include the purchase of any textbooks. Anyone interested in taking a single seminar needs to contact the WalkRight Baptist Bible Institute office at least 2 weeks before the seminar begins so that enough materials will be available. International Student Admissions

International students interested in admission need to contact the WalkRight Baptist Bible Institute for an application at least 6 months prior to the desired admission date.


Mid-Year Admissions

Students are welcome to enter the WalkRight Baptist Bible Institute starting at the second session in January. Students planning to enter at this time are still required to complete all three sessions, one of which is the summer ministry, before receiving a diploma.


Reenrollment

Any student who did not complete the school year and would like to re-enroll at WalkRight Baptist Bible Institute must request and complete the re-admission application by writing to WalkRight Bible Institute Admissions Office, 4925 S. Reserve Road, Prudenville, MI 48651.


When to Apply

1. In order to be considered for either the fall or spring semesters, all forms associated with the application process must be received during the opening week of the semester.
2. Due to the block course setup, any applicant wishing to begin during the middle of a semester may do so by presenting all application forms upon arrival. An applicant may not begin classes until all application forms are received.
